The agreement between you and Rev3 Relay for connecting a Shopify store to a QuickBooks Online company.
By connecting a Shopify store and a QuickBooks Online company to Rev3 Relay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Rev3 Relay reads order data from your Shopify store and creates corresponding invoices or sales receipts in your QuickBooks Online company. When a sync attempt fails, Rev3 Relay retries it automatically and, if it still fails, alerts you so it can be resolved — rather than letting it fail silently. Rev3 Relay also runs a periodic reconciliation between the two systems to catch anything a single failed sync might have missed.
You must maintain an active Shopify store and an active QuickBooks Online subscription, in good standing with those providers, for Rev3 Relay to function. Rev3 Relay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. or Intuit Inc.; "Shopify" and "QuickBooks" are trademarks of their respective owners.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on the plan and interval shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
Rev3 Relay is provided "as is." We work to keep sync failure rates low and to make sure no failure goes unnoticed, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation — Shopify and QuickBooks Online are third-party systems outside our control, and their availability, rate limits, or API changes can affect syncing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev3 Relay's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You retain all ownership rights to your Shopify and QuickBooks Online data. Rev3 Relay's access is limited to what's described in our Privacy Policy, and we process that data solely to operate the service on your behalf.
You may disconnect your accounts and stop using Rev3 Relay at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if your Shopify or QuickBooks Online connection becomes invalid, or if continued service would violate our obligations to Shopify or Intuit.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to connected accounts by email before taking effect, with the date at the top of this page updated accordingly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
